True Love

True love can’t conquer all.

Things can only be conquered assuming there is something dependable behind it, ready for the fight.

True love can conquer all, only if it has something to rely on.

True love requires dependency upon people,

people are far too unreliable.

Too fickle to even stick to the fight.

Where does that leave us all?

Keep hoping, there’s always hope for the hopeful.

We’re not worried about the fall,

we’ve got a two second rebound rate after all.
