Seeing it all go and then come back

The seam is ripping,
The bond is breaking,
The clock is ticking,
The love is fading,
The earth is dying,
My hand is slipping,
My world is crumbling,
My soul is crying,
My world is waking,
The universe is shaking,
But I’m not sleeping through it all,
I won't let go,
I won't say goodbye,
For she is still with me,
I'll be with her in due time,
The seam can be sewn,
The bond can be repaired,
The clock can slow down,
Love can still be there,
The earth may still live,
My hand will hold on to the love I hold,
The world may crumble,
My soul may cry,
The world may be waking,
But my love for her, my grandma will never die,
Though the world may be shaking,
I will not sleep through all of this,
Knowing that I will make the same mistake as I did,
I will not make it again or else the life I had is what I will miss.
