A Changing Friendship

This new friendship of yours is something I can't shake
All I can say is that it's causing ours to quake

I know that you've happy and that's enough to make me smile
But could you dedicate some time to a friendship once worth its while?

There's no point for you to know just how I feel
But the friendship we had was just so real

There's no going back now, that's all I can say
We were the best of friends that is 'til today

Please don't go changing just for these guys
Because all friendships end with simple lies
