The Light

The immoral shadows always chase me everywhere I go
The mask is behind my eyes
To darken the light I cannot see, oh
The scars on my mind I cannot forget
Sometimes they won't let me move on
I want to see the light once again with my own eyes

Once I walk on the path in the pit-black shadows
The overweight breeze holds me back in its arms
As the light is twinkling in long distance
I crush against the arms away from me with my hands
I go like lightning on the path in the pit-black shadows
The overweight breeze tries to pull me behind
I don't care as fast as I run in the directions of the light

The world turns cold and it breaks through my soul
I know the deep inside of you that you can be the one
I hope you can be my light
Tell me you can stay forever with me
