Paper Heart

Everytime I glue the sharp pieces together
You always found away
to put the pieces into fragments again

I made this new heart
out of paper
so I could look happy
just for you

I made this mask for my heart
Put on this fake face
so you cant see me fading away each time you look at me

So I thought you couldnt damage this paper heart
But I was wrong
and like before you found ways
Are you happy?

Here I am
Doing nothing
as the blood
is going through my paper heart
A waste of time?

Open wounds-seeking out blood
Your voice-sounds so gental every time I hear you
And your eyes-so lovely and...
As I think of you
I'm dieing slowly each time

Drain out all my blood
so these open wounds wont leak any more
Then you cant make the crimson escape my body
And the salty tears wont blur my sight

You call it true love
But I call it hell
So rethink what your calling it
Before you say "I love you"
Because thats just another lie

Is every word
you have spoken to me
all just lies?

As I'm thinking of you
I gain the courge
to bleed no more
So you can give it now
There for I lead life in...cofidence
