Reality.
I’ve become numb,And I’m left emotionless.
Watching people leave,
And not giving me what I need,
Has made me be.
I’m stuck in this wonderland of confusion,
I just don’t see,
What’s happening to me?
I’ve fallen;
Now I’m shattered into pieces.
Did you plan on this happening to me?
I’ve been waiting for you,
To come back into my arms,
But where have you been?
I don’t feel the warmth of your love,
And I don’t have the feeling that you care.
This is what you’ve done,
And all I did was be there.
You knew this would happen,
But you just didn’t want to believe.
I guess you didn’t have that trust in me.
Now look into my eyes;
Tell me what you see.
I’m dying on my knees,
Bleeding as I breathe.
This may seem like a nightmare.
To me, it’s reality.
Whether you want this to be
It’s something you must see.
