I heard people talking

But I just kept walking
Ignoring them willingly

A minute ago you liked me
And all of a sudden you changed your mind?
After all you put me through

You didn't know I knew you cried about me
You didn't know that I cried about you
Because I missed you so fast, so quickly
And from what I've heard you did too

I know your friend doesn't like me
And I know that she's interrogated
Questions that were none of her business
Questions you probably hated

The way you broke it off confused me
I don't know if it really should
But you literally counted it down, one..two..three
You know straight to the point is usually good

I don't understand why it was so hard to say
Although I know you've never broken up with someone before
But if you just wanted to be friends
Why now, why not before?

Do feelings change that quickly?
Am I not supposed to be hurt
After you said it, you didn't even let me think about it, you went straight into conversation
Was I not supposed to feel like dirt?

I don't know what's up with you
And honestly I'm mad
Because if your mind can change, that fast, that quickly
God that's just really sad
