Nightmare
I was runningI was running faster then I ever have
I was in a forest
There were tree's everywhere
Soon there was a meadow
The moon shown so brightly
And there you were
Your glasses reflecting the moonlight
Your goofy childish smile
You were calling my name
Like you always did
I was smiling to
I ran even faster
Never stopping in the first place
Your smile slowly diminished into a blank stare
You were getting farther away
And you stopped calling my name
No matter how much I ran you never got closer
The moon was slowly being covered by an eclipse
All you could here was my screams as you turned away from me
"DON'T GO LIZ!!!"
"DON'T GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
But you were already gone
The moon was no more
I stopped running
I stood there all alone in the darkness
My tears now running down my cheeks
I was gasping for air
Not because I was running
But because you were gone...
I woke up with a gasp
Tears streaming down my face
Air was barely getting to my lungs
I pick up my phone and call you
Praying it was all a dream
You never answered...
This nightmare will never end.
