these days are fading away
along with the memories we shared.

When the stars were out
and the moon was bright
holding hands while
lightning bugs would light.

feeling you on my skin
feeling you on my lips
your scent on my clothes
waiting all day for your kiss

wanting to go back
so i can be with you
and i'm always wondering
if you think of me too.

when the stars lit up the sky
and there was a chill in the air
wanting to go back
to all the memories we've shared.
