All American Drug Addict

Screaming in unison like a circle of fire
The needle oozes liquids of liars
And the powder melts like rain falls
Shoved into the vein cause the drug calls.
I’m the All American Drug Addict.

Bubbling up like zombies raising from a grave
The mixture of need combines with crave
So my fingers flex and veins have collapsed
It’s the way the world moves when you ‘ve relapsed.
I’m the All American Waste.

The body is weak and the skin is pale
Squeezing out disease with a cracking nail
Burning solid burning bright takes this light
Inject strip off layers get up and fight.
Im just a drug addict.
