Something's Happened

Torn in half
Ripped at the seams
Everything that I’ve held in is now running free
All my dreams and hopes
Even my fears
Everything escaped, as soon as you left me here
None of this makes sense
But it’s all I can do
Nothing left here, except for the dim memory of you
The pain is gone
The sadness to
Just an empty heart with nothing to do
No one to love
No one to cry for
Just another life no one would miss
Something’s happened
Something’s changed
It’ll soon be over
And nothing will be gained
