Midnight in desert land (Ding, dong love song)

Far away in the land made of dreams
The only man sings his lonely chorus
Of a song called midnight in desert land
It’s about the lonely land built of sand

Listen closely and you’ll hear it too
That the lyrics have a special mood
You’ll find out that it’s a sweet love song
Listen a little more and you’ll hear bells go

Ding, ding dong listen to this sweet love song
Sort out the lyrics and read them all night long
Think about the things you’ve already given away
And then remember that you have something to say

Finally it has arrived here, and this time it’s true
Really it is, love has come, it’s all brand new
Look up to the sky and you’ll see, everything
Maybe there’s something worth looking at, nothing?

Hear the bells once again as they play their last melody
Before they go to eternity, when they are crushed dusty
Listen to the melody in your own life, just listen again
And you may hear a voice much alike Curt Cobain

Ding, ding dong listen to this sweet love song
Sort out the lyrics and read them all night long
Think about the things you’ve already given away
And then remember that you have something to say

Standing in the middle of the end of the world
Sitting down on the kerb of the street watching
Everything that went wrong in this cold world
Just staring out in the empty space, catching up

Catching up with everything that went us all by
Just getting hit by a car is no use today, no use
Adjusting to the world and all the politics around
Letting other people decide what to do in life

The morning has come to desert land and it’s warm
The sun is rising and the sand is slipping through
Looks like we’re up to, another day in reality
Hear the bell sing out; Ding, dong and so long
