lost forever

I feel pathetic, caught up in my mind

I felt a war being battled in my heart
But I guess I lost right from the start

I can’t get out of the bewildering maze that I now face
I wished that God would help me, but that wasn’t the case
I felt as though the my world was crumbling around me
Like I was stranded on a raft, lost at sea

So I walk around in a puzzling daze
People walk right by and ignore my helpless faze
I was stepped on throw away, tossed
And I guess you are truly something dear that I have lost
