Tone It Down a Notch

I’ve seen who you really are.
I’ve seen you driving in your car,
rich and high, high on life,
Finding god,
Spreading “life.”
You think you know the answers,
to all questions and
their teachers.
I’ve found you’re all the same
with one name:
Hipocracy.
That’s your name,
That’s your game.
I’ve seen you play
and I’ve seen you hide
away from those you’ve already tried.
But here’s the deal,
here’s what real.
I don’t believe the lies.
I’m not green like you.
I never will deny the truth.
So goodbye, goodbye,
goodbye for now.
Here’s how it is,
And you can’t bring me down.
