Someone else's imagination

When reality is fake
And truth is an illusion
Normality is just a figment of someone else’s imagination
A fragment of existence
A cliché strip of time
A state of mind stuck in a time warp
Obliged to make sense
In a way thats distorted
To all that look at it wrong
The lies that make up the history
Of suffering and regret
Just for once you want a memory
That is not clouded in a fog
Of what ifs and maybes
You run the dramas over and over
In a mind full of different scenarios
And try to find a time when you came up on top
Of a pointless non existence
Where reality is fake
And truth is an illusion
And normality is just a figment of someone else’s imagination
