All On Her Own

Never here
Never there
Only in her mind, you see
That withdrawn girl is all on her own

She's always all alone
Not caring about the surrounding tones
The tones that sound like nothing but a buzz
Only to her, she feels she's all on her own

To herself, she feels she's useless
To others, she's not even there
She's as quick as a whip
But no one cares because she's all on her own

Nothing matters to her anymore
Now that her soul is black
She used to be a happy, bright spirit
Until she found she was all on her own

She just sits there, night and day
With no one by her side to comfort her
No one there to care for her
Not since everyone saw she was all on her own

To everyone, she's weird
Maybe even a little freakish
But to me, she seems perfectly fine
Even though she's all on her own

No one knows of her past
Some say she was a killer
Others think she is a vampire
That may be a reason a to why she's all on her own

Everyone stays away from her
Like she might attack them or something
I know she wouldn't because she doesn't care
So she walks away all on her own

Some people think she has given up on life
For something they've seen or heard
That something I would love to know about
But I know she likes being all on her own

The other day I found out why no one likes her
She has no parents or family of any kind
She's even tried committing suicide
I finally know why she's all on her own
