I've Finally Been Defeated
Defeat.That's something that I know well.
Losing yourself,
To someone else,
And you can't see who I've become.
Losing the will,
To fight against everything,
And being defeated in the end.
Giving up,
Giving in,
I've finally been defeated.
Running,
Running as fast,
And as far as I can,
Running away from my ending.
Screaming,
Screaming at you and myself,
To be saved,
Saved from my self-inflicted ending.

I've finally been defeated.
Fists smashing into a mirror,
Glass shattering instantly,
Blood dripping down my arm,
The end coming closer.
Crying out,
My emotions drowning in my tears,
As my body drowns in blood,
I think it's finally over.
Giving up,
Giving in,
I've finally been defeated.
I once was so strong,
So uncontrolled,
So free.
But in the end,
I was met with defeat,
And forced to accept my ending.
I guess,
In the end,
I wasn't strong enough.
