To take a simple moment
An ounce of sweet slow time
Seal it in a bottle
Forever it’d be mine

For you are soon leaving
No memories to create

But instructions to wait

I can already feel the coldness
Without you by my side
A string of patience breaking
A frown I’m forced to hide

I wish you wouldn’t leave
