One Single Tear

This pain seems so immortal
I just can't not escape
I know I must try my best
I know I must not hate

So I pray a million prays
And I say one million words
Just to calm myself down
The bad stuff just comes first

The best things are worth waiting for
The worst you can forget
The best things will live on forever
The worst will soon pass...yet...

For now I am upset
For now I'm filled with fear
For now it hurts real bad
But I'll only cry one single tear
