Poisoned Death

From the beautiful eyes of blue,
Fall tears that are discolored,
Always wanted to start anew,
But those hopes and dreams are smothered.

Battered, beaten and broken,
Shatered beyond repair.
The words, that were so outspoken,
Now you can hardly breath the air.

My love, my thoughts, my feelings,
Began to fall apart.
When your 'perfect' dealings,
Smashed hard against my heart.

A blade upon the wrist,
A blade upon neck,
My body becomes blood kissed,
And the body becomes a wreck.

The blade moves around,
The two fluids mix.
More deadly marks are found,
And deeper are the pricks.

After slice, damage and pain,
You have connection with the floor.
Blood pool like a lake of rain,
Now life is almost no more.

Glass and cloth down to level,
From trying to stop floor impact.
You're surrounded by a blood devil,
The back of your skull is cracked.

Life long left the body,
The love now returns home,
Cold, bloody and Shoddy,
Soon to rot to the bone.

Is this how it all ends?
Taken your last breath,
Not knowing of your family or friends,
Will ever know of your poisoned death.
