Than what did I hear?
As you speak nervously
I can notice the fear

I saw you do what you did
Something I thought you could never
This memory of what I saw
Will remain with me forever

I can’t believe what happened
I trusted you with everything I own
And there you were with them
Acting like you were alone

But I see right through it
I know exactly how you feel
The emotions you show; all the tears you cry
Have never once been real

All you do is lie to everyone you love
Driving them into a cave of sorrow
They can’t escape and they can’t see a need to
Why should they bother living to tomorrow?

You just enter our lives with love
Then leave us with all the pain
As we sit in the blinding sun
It just feels like it’s pouring rain

We’ve lost all our dignity
We can’t bring it back once more
You took everything away from us
I don’t understand what for

Why can’t you just walk away?
Leave us alone to live
If you said sorry and left me in peace
Then I would surely forgive
