Torn

No one to trust, no one to turn to
No one to have faith in, no one to love me.
Broken hearted, alone in the dark
as the pill takes it affect
everything goes blurry
everything seems fine
No one knows I'm torn inside.

I'm my own worst enemy
My own best friend
No trust, not even in myself
Falling the ground
asking for help
Alone in again
Alone in the end.

Help me, I'm drowning in the water
I fake a smile, fake a laugh
no one knows
no one cares
Waiting to get told the truth
waiting for a promise to be kept
waiting for someone to care
waiting for someone to always be there
everything seems fine
