Crimson Steel

burning desire
to feel,
steel against skin.
watching droplets
of crimson blood,
splash to the ground,
treasuring the pain.

the needed release,
of everyday life,
adds coal to the fuel,
making it harder to survive.

urges come rolling,
wave after wave.
the strenght of a thousand men,
too weak to fight
the pain.

steel against skin,
the cool touch calms.
pressure applied,
droplets form,
crimson blood splashing
upon the cold ground,
releasing the pain
I call my own.
