I've seen an angel tonight.

There's a girl sitting in the corner all alone

Listening to the raging music's hypnotic tone

All the others seem to pass her by

It makes me wonder, why doesn't she fly?

Would you believe I've seen an angel tonight?

If I told you she had heaven's soft light.

Where can it be she hides her wings?

Perhaps only I believe these things

With bright eyes probing from underneath shimmering gold hair

Piercing right through all those who dare

With lips unmoving, as if set in stone

It's driving me crazy, why is she always alone?

She never looses on her own field

Because of those golden tones she does wield

It's a beautiful sound when she sings

Over all the room, I hear her's as it clearly rings

Not often do I hear it

But I always long to be near it.

She has beautiful frost kissed skin

With her last strand of patience growing thin

Would you believe I've seen an angel tonight?

For shes yet to begin the fight

All the while others play their sadistic game

I'm just glad i know her name.
