No Where Near Perfect

You cry
But you don’t
Let anyone know
You won’t let it show
That you think you might
Might be no where near perfect
And you’re convinced
That you’re not as wonderful
As people say you are

You still laugh and play
And act like nothing’s wrong
While inside you’re crumblin’
Down
Well I think
That’s wrong
You smile to hide
Yourself and pain

And you cry
But you don’t

Don’t hide yourself anymore
I’ve been around when your
Walls were down and I’m a good
Judge of character and I gotta say
You’re closer to perfect than you
Think you are
