My One and Only

He was the one, which truly cared
Whether my life, was taken or spared
He was the one, which captured my heart
He held the power, to rip it apart

He was the one that, purely loved me
He was the one that, filled my with glee
He was the one that, captured my soul
He had me under, all his control

It was as though I was falling, down to my death
As I saw him, I lost my breath
His eyes were wide, big and blue
His face was handsome, brave and true

He held me captured, under his a spell
He came and caught me, before I fell
I used to be blind, but now I can see
He’s my one,
